Dominick leads operations and events across all our restaurants and still finds time to star in our most unhinged social content. If there’s dessert nearby he’s already found it. If theres a problem he’s probably already solved it while holding a cookie. A true jack-of-all-trades with a soft spot for sweets & cheese.

Evelyn Madden is the Director of Human Resources at Mil Gustos Hospitality Group. With 15+ years of HR experience across industries from fashion to airlines (yes, she’s seen it all), Evelyn brings a people-first approach to policies, performance, and team culture. She’s the go-to for everything from hiring to high-fives and somehow manages to make HR feel human. 

Corporate Trainer

Jean Marie has been with us for 19 years — basically part of the foundation at this point. She started as a bartender, became a server shift lead then restraurant manager, and now trains the entire team across the group. She knows every system, every menu item, and how to dodge the social media team like a pro. She’ll run from a camera like her life depends on it, but she’ll never say no to good food.
